If you used a gift card and another payment method to pay for your order, and you return part of it to us, we will refund you directly to the complementary payment method.
However, if the refund amount exceeds the amount paid with the complementary payment method, we will credit your original gift card with the equivalent of the remaining amount.
However, we cannot automatically re-credit a gift card :/
Once you received the refund notification, please contact our Customer Service Team here🔍 to use your gift card again.
