You can check your order's status and track your parcel at anytime on your Rouje client account. To access these features, log into your account and click on "My orders" from the "Account" menu.
- Your order is confirmed if you read one of the following statuses :
- payment statut "Paid" indicates that your order was confirmed. Our logistics team is preparing your parcel to ship it. We promise we are going as fast as we can.
- Order statut "Fulfilled" means your order was handed over to the delivery service of your choice and you will receive it very soon. We are super excited for you!
- Your order was not taken into account if you read one of the following statuses :
- Payment statut "Pending" means your payment has not yet been validated. This status will then change either to "Paid" if the payment has been validated, thus validating your order, or to "Cancelled". In the latter case, your order has not been validated, and your bank or Paypal account has not been debited. You will need to place another order to receive the pieces of your choice, and unfortunately we cannot guarantee their availability.
-Order statut "Cancelled" means your payment was declined by your bank account or did not go through which could be due to a typo or exceeded payment ceilings. To get your Rouje items, we invite you to order again and cautiously verify your banking info or use another payment method. Do not hesitate contacting your bank to better understand what is going on.
